10.

Schedule showings according to owner’s instructions. Showings scheduled through appointment center which is open 7 days per week.


11.

Follow up with showing agents to get feedback from them and their customers.


12. Provide seller with regular updates of activity and feedback.

13.

Evaluate offers on the property and advise seller on best way to respond to all offers.


14. Negotiate offers with buyer or buyer’s agent based on sellers instructions.

Coordinate inspections, advise seller on best way to respond to repair requests, negotiate repair requests with buyer or agent, assist in arranging needed repairs.
