Properties for sale can be broken down into 2 basic categories, listed and not listed. A listed property means that the owner has contracted with a real estate brokerage to place their property on the local Multiple List Service. In this area that means Triangle MLS, and this search will take you to current TMLS listings. This is an IDX (Internet Data Exchange) feed straight from TMLS and contains currently active listings from TMLS. This search uses the same database as other IDX searches on any agent or company web site utilizing TMLS listings. The framing or appearance of the information may appear differently, and the company or agent sites may display fewer listings than you see here, but they do not have more listings than available here.
